Technical Support Specialist
AlstraSoft is looking for talented individuals to maintain the high level of responsive e-mail support that our customers expect and to assist them in the installation and technical support of AlstraSoft products. You will also help customers if they have any sales enquiry about AlstraSoft products
Required:
Knowledge of and experience with Perl/PHP (please provide examples of your previous projects or programs)
Experience in programming or providing customer support to web developers
Must be customer-oriented and possess a high level of professionalism
Excellent email etiquette and communication skills
Strong sense of urgency
