The sole purpose of our Capital Protection Plus for our products far exceeds what a refund policy can offer. Our motivation to drive your passion for starting an online business through our products, regardless of whether you are an established web company or a newbie to the internet business is the ultimate goal of our company.

Capital Protection Plus is to ensure our customers that they are protected of the investments they made which includes not only the capital in purchasing our software but also the additional expenditures for advertising, web design fees, cost for hiring staff to run the online business. Should you at any point of time decide that it is no longer feasible to continue the business when purchasing our software, our Capital Protection Plus will kick in to recover your monetary losses which you have incurred during this period.

How is this done?

Once you have decided to cease your business and wish to recover your capital which you have put in to run this business, our experienced staff will take over your site which will be put up for sale using various avenues to ensure that you will get a reasonable return and in some cases, far exceeds what you expect to receive through the sale of your business. This program is designed to ensure that you will be protected of your investments when purchasing our software and allowing you to focus on running your business. Our staff will administer the entire process during the sale and you will only need to approve the transaction once you have decided to sell the website to the new buyer upon the agreement between both parties.

Capital Protection Plus Policy

1. Period

The Capital Protection Plus (CPP) will take effect as of August, 5th 2006 for our selected AlstraSoft products. Unlike the standard 30 days refund policy, our CPP does not have a time limit as long as the site has been operative for at least 3 months after the purchase of our software has been made. This is to ensure that ample time has been given to the site owner to run the business within this period.

2. Terms and Agreement

2.1 Eligible Products

The following are the current products that are eligible for our Capital Protection Plus program:

We will review each website on a case-by-case basis and AlstraSoft reserves the right to deny any sites into our CPP program that we deem inappropriate for any reasonable reasons as listed in the following:

The sale does not include a domain name and/or a webhost
No reasonable effort can be seen by the site owner to operate this business (i.e our company logo is still reflected on the website, site has no members)
Website with illegal content (does not include adult content)

2.3 Site Access

By agreeing to this policy, the seller of the website will provide our company access to the server which includes both the FTP as well as the hosting panel access. Should the seller at any point of time refuse to grant us the access to the website, AlstraSoft reserves the right to immediately terminate the program and the sale of the website will be ceased.

2.4 Payment Methods

Once the sale of the website has been made, it will be the seller's responsibility to arrange for a suitable payment method unless it has been agreed upon prior to the sale. Our role is to facilitate the sale of your online business using our software and we do not accept the payment of the sale on the seller's behalf.

3. Fees

There will be a one-time administration fee of $25 for the CPP. This may be adjusted in the future at our company's discretion. However, an update on the fee will be reflected on this page. An email notice will only be sent to our customers if the charges exceeds $30.

The fee will be refunded to the site owner if the sale of the business does not occur or due to the rejection of the sale by either the buyer or seller.
